The Delta AS16AN01T-A provides 16 independent transistor output points for controlling discrete devices in automated machinery and industrial control systems. Its NPN sinking output configuration is designed to switch the load toward the negative side of the DC circuit, making it suitable for control architectures that use sinking-type field-device interfaces. The module supports a wide 5–30 VDC output range and up to 0.5 A per output.
With 16 output channels in a compact AS Series module, the AS16AN01T-A can help expand PLC output capacity without requiring a separate controller. It can be used for switching compatible DC loads such as indicator devices, relays, solenoid valves and other discrete actuators, provided the connected loads remain within the specified electrical ratings. The 4 A maximum common current should also be considered when designing the output circuit.
