    Details description

    The Mitsubishi HG-KN43K is a low-inertia servo motor designed for the MELSERVO-JE motion-control system. With a 0.4 kW rated output, it provides 1.3 N·m rated torque and 3.8 N·m maximum torque. The motor operates at a rated speed of 3,000 r/min and can reach a maximum speed of 5,000 r/min, providing responsive rotary motion for a range of automated machinery.


    For feedback control, the HG-KN43K uses a 17-bit encoder with 131,072 pulses per revolution. The motor has a keyway shaft and an integrated oil seal, while its IP65 protection class provides protection against dust and water jets under the specified conditions. Mitsubishi specifies the motor inertia as 0.375 kg·cm², supporting the low-inertia characteristics of the HG-KN series.

    The HG-KN43K can be used in industrial automation, positioning equipment, assembly machinery, material-handling systems and other servo-driven applications where accurate speed and position control are required. Mitsubishi's documentation identifies the HG-KN43 series with compatible MR-JE-40A, MR-JE-40B and MR-JE-40C servo amplifiers.
