    The Mitsubishi HG-KR23 is a compact, low-inertia servo motor belonging to the MELSERVO-J4 HG-KR series. With a rated output of 0.2 kW (200 W), it delivers 0.64 N·m rated torque and 2.2 N·m maximum torque. The motor operates at a rated speed of 3,000 r/min and reaches a maximum speed of 6,000 r/min, providing responsive rotary motion for small-capacity industrial automation and positioning systems.

    For precise feedback and positioning, the HG-KR23 uses a 22-bit absolute/incremental encoder with a resolution of 4,194,304 pulses per revolution. The motor has a low moment of inertia of 0.221 × 10⁻⁴ kg·m², helping it respond quickly to commanded changes in motion. Its totally enclosed, natural-cooling construction provides an IP65 protection rating, excluding the shaft-through portion.
